An Interdisciplinary Network of Studies on Violence (RIEV) is coordinated at the Federal University of Paraíba by Prof. Dr. Edna Gusmão de Góes Brennand - PPGE/PPGOA/UFPB, at the Federal University of Santa Catarina by Prof. Dr. Delamar José Volpato Dutra - PPGFIL/PPGICH/UFSC, and at the University of Valencia, Spain, by Professors Dr. Francesc J. Hernàndez and Dr. Benno Herzog.
The RIEV comprises researchers, doctoral students, and master's students from the programs of partner institutions and has been conducting interdisciplinary research on violence, with an emphasis on perpetrators of human rights violations, in both national and international contexts since 2017.
